					<description><![CDATA[<p>Activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) is a screening test to check endogenous coagulation factors, and is used to confirm the deficiencies of congenital or acquired coagulation factors VI, IX, XI or the presence of their corresponding inhibitors; At the same time, APTT can also be used to confirm the deficiency of coagulation factor XI, prokallikrein and high molecular weight prokallikrein; due to the high sensitivity of APTT and the action pathway of heparin is mainly the endogenous coagulation pathway, APTT has become the preferred indicator for monitoring unfractionated heparin, with a ratio of 1.5~2.5 being the best.<br />
This kit is used for the determination of activated partial thromboplastin time in human plasma in vitro for auxiliary diagnosis.</p>
