										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A thermostat is a tank that provides a constant temperature. Also known as constant temperature circulator, constant temperature water tank, constant temperature bath, constant temperature oil tank.</p>
<p>The constant temperature bath is not only suitable for working under low temperature and normal temperature conditions, but also can be combined with rotary evaporator, vacuum freeze drying oven, circulating water vacuum pump, magnetic stirrer and other instruments for multi-function chemical reaction operation and drug storage. It can be seen that the application of the constant temperature bath is very extensive, and therefore the sensitivity of the constant temperature bath has naturally become one of the major concerns.</p>
<p>According to years of experience, Shanghai Tianfeng thermostatic tank manufacturers have summarized a lot of factors affecting the sensitivity of the constant temperature bath. Generally, there are:</p>
<p>(1) Stirrer: The stirring rate should be large enough to ensure uniform temperature in the constant temperature bath;</p>
<p>(2) Heater: suitable power, small heat capacity, high temperature sensitivity;</p>
<p>(3) Temperature controller: The electromagnetic attraction key, the shorter the mechanical action of the electric key, the smaller the residual magnetism of the iron core in the coil when the power is off, the higher the temperature control sensitivity;</p>
<p>(4) Contact thermometer: the heat capacity is small, sensitive to temperature changes, the sensitivity is high;</p>
<p>(5) The smaller the difference between the ambient temperature and the set temperature, the better the temperature control effect;</p>
<p>(6) Constant temperature medium: good fluidity, good heat transfer performance, high temperature control sensitivity;</p>
<p>(7) The position of each component: the position of the heater, the agitator and the contact thermometer should be close, so that the heated liquid can be stirred evenly immediately, and the temperature is controlled by the contact thermometer;</p>

<p><strong>Constant temperature medium</strong></p>
<p>At present, the medium used in the constant temperature bath is roughly alcohol, water, antifreeze, edible oil, silicone oil, cylinder oil, and the like. Water is the cheapest medium, usually in the range of 5 ~ 95 ° C, but can not cover the most commonly used 0 ° C, and more thermostats use antifreeze instead of water.</p>
<p>According to the study, the frozen liquid and water were mixed at a ratio of 1:1, and the performance was still normal at -30 °C. The surface temperature field of the tank is related to room temperature and the amount of evaporation of the medium. According to the reference 3, the surface tension of pure antifreeze under normal pressure is 46. 49 mN / m (while the surface tension of pure water is 0. 728 mN / m (20 ° C), the antifreeze and hydration will greatly increase the surface tension of water, resulting in The molecular cohesion is increased, so that the evaporation is less than pure water, so its vertical temperature field is better than pure water.</p>
<p>This performance is especially noticeable for the jet structure thermostat. The author conducted a related experiment using vertical water and 15 kK and 32 mK of pure water and antifreeze (mixed with water and antifreeze 1:1). When the constant temperature medium evaporates, it is necessary to cover the groove surface to improve the vertical temperature field. The author conducted a related experiment on a thermostatic bath (98 °C) of a certain jet structure. The results show that the vertical uniformity is 12 mK and the undulation is 8 mK when the groove surface covers the field; the vertical uniformity is 28 mK when there is no cover. The volatility is 12 mK.</p>
<p>It can be seen that the effect of no covering is considerable. This requires attention in cases where some of the grooves cannot be covered for inspection.</p>
<p>At high temperatures, choosing a working medium with a small evaporation can reduce this effect. Low viscosity silicone oil is an option. The author used a low-viscosity silicone oil as a medium experiment in a constant temperature tank of a manufacturer. The results showed that the vertical matter uniformity was 4 mK at -30 °C and the volatility was 12 mK. At 100 ° C, the vertical uniformity was 2 mK. The sex is 5 mK.</p>
<p>Edible oil is also an inexpensive heat transfer medium and is widely used in the working range of 100 ~ 200 °C. However, after the electric heating wire is energized, the temperature is very high, and the edible oil is easily carbonized to form viscous particles, which are entangled on the heating wire to deteriorate the thermal conductivity and reduce the temperature stability of the groove. More importantly, the insulation resistance between the heating wires is lowered, resulting in unsafe. Therefore, it is recommended to use silicone oil in the working range of 100 ~ 300 °C and replace it periodically.</p>

With circulating pump, it can let the heated liquid flow off from the tank and thus establish a second constant-temperature field. It is widely used in research institutes, universities, corporate quality control departments and industrial sectors relating to petroleum, chemical engineering, electronic instruments, physics, chemistry, bio-engineering, medicine and health, life science, light industry and food, materials testing and chemical analysis etc. It can provide for users a working environment where cold or heat was controlled accordingly. As a result, the temperature is kept evenly. Optional volatility ±0.05℃,±0.1℃. Two-color (red and green) LED display with dual window. Available is a large-screen LCD display. It is quick to set the temperature by touching the soft keys and easy to operate. The Micro-Computer can amend deviation of temperature measurements. Temperature display accuracy 0.1℃ or 0.01℃.
