The N – series freeze – drying machines feature a compact design. They provide the flexibility of large – scale freeze dryers, occupy less space, and allow for more versatile sample handling. Cost – effective and well – adapted to small laboratories, they come with multiple configurations:
1. Ordinary type
Ideal for drying bulk materials, liquids, and solids.
2. Top press type
Specifically designed for drying materials in Schering bottles.
Capable of performing vacuum – pressure packaging of samples.
Incorporates the functions of the ordinary type.
3. Ordinary multi – pipeline type
Suitable for a broad spectrum of different materials.
Well – suited for small – scale freeze – drying processes.
Can be connected to freeze – drying bottles, eggplant – shaped flasks, and jars.
4. Top press multi – pipeline type
Combines the functions of the ordinary multi – pipeline type.
Enables vacuum – pressure packaging of samples, fulfilling the technical requirements of most laboratories.
5. T – frame type
Designed specifically for packaging fungal ampoule tubes.

Refrigeration System
The machine is fitted with compressors from renowned international brands like EMBRACO or SECOP. This setup ensures rapid cooling and enables the cold trap to reach extremely low temperatures.
Control Interface
The 7 – inch true color touch LCD screen is designed for straightforward operation while offering extensive functionality.
Built on an industrial embedded operating system with an ARM9 core control circuit, and equipped with 32M memory and 128M FLASH, it guarantees quick response times and ample data storage capacity.
The control system automatically records freeze – drying data. You can view this information as real – time and historical curves, giving you a clear understanding of the entire freeze – drying process.
Drying Chamber
The drying chamber features a colorless, transparent injection – molded polycarbonate drying trap. Resistant to corrosion, durable, non – sticky, highly transparent, and tightly sealed, it allows you to easily observe samples throughout the freeze – drying process.
Connectivity
The vacuum pump connects to the main unit using an international standard KF quick connector, providing a simple and reliable connection method.
Data Handling
The machine can store multiple freeze – drying curves. You can transfer data to your computer via a USB drive and use the accompanying host computer software to browse, print, and manage the data as needed.
Special Features
An inflatable valve lets you fill the chamber with dry inert gas when required.
The eutectic point test function helps you determine the best sublimation temperature for your materials.
The vacuum control feature optimizes heat transfer.
The double – stack refrigeration system, a proven technology, enables the machine to operate at low temperatures, making it suitable for – 80℃ freeze – drying applications.
The wide – mouth manifold for freeze – drying bottles makes sample loading easy. It’s compatible with standard imported freeze – drying bottle valves and comes with 6 tubes as standard.
Optional Extras
You can choose to add a power defrost function, which speeds up defrosting and reduces the overall drying time.
We also offer a selection of imported vacuum pumps from various brands for you to choose from.
