◣Working Principle
Based on the cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves in liquids, the transducer converts electrical energy into high-intensity shear force in the liquid at the top of the tool head through the amplitude transformer, forming high-frequency alternating water pressure. This pressure causes cavities to expand and explode, thereby breaking down cells. In addition, the violent disturbance generated by the propagation of ultrasonic waves in liquids imparts large acceleration to particles, leading to mutual collisions or collisions with the vessel wall. This achieves the effects of disruption, emulsification, and separation.
