After the reagent is mixed with the plasma, fibrinogen is converted into fibrin and coagulated, which leads to the change of the optical density of the test specimen, and the instrument detects the coagulation end point.
It is suitable for the detection of prothrombin time(PT), activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), thrombin time(TT) and fibrinogen(FIB) in plasma.
