DTD Series Silent Ultrasonic Cleaner

The DTD series silent ultrasonic cleaner utilizes the cavitation effect of ultrasound in the cleaning liquid to accelerate the dissolution and removal of dust, grease, and other contaminants from the inner pores and blind holes of the vessels being cleaned. It can be used for general cleaning, extraction, emulsification, mixing, degassing, and dispersion. Its advantages include significantly lower noise compared to traditional ultrasonic cleaners, faster cleaning speed, better cleaning results, no surface damage, and reduced operator workload. Working Principle

Through a transducer, the acoustic energy of the high-power ultrasonic source is converted into mechanical vibration, which is then radiated through the cleaning tank wall onto the cleaning liquid. Due to the ultrasonic radiation, microbubbles in the liquid rapidly expand and burst under the influence of the sound waves. The resulting high-intensity shear force acts on various samples, achieving cleaning, extraction, emulsification, accelerated dissolution, pulverization, and dispersion.
