The ultrasonic dispersion homogenization device is composed of two parts: an ultrasonic vibration component and an ultrasonic dedicated drive power source.

The ultrasonic vibration component mainly includes a high-power ultrasonic transducer, a horn, and a tool head (emission head) for generating ultrasonic vibration and emitting the vibration energy into the liquid.

The ultrasonic drive power supply is a device specially used to drive the operation of the ultrasonic vibration component, and controls various working states of the ultrasonic vibration component.

It converts general utility power into high frequency AC signals and drives the transducer to produce ultrasonic vibrations. When ultrasonic vibration is transmitted into the liquid, a large cavitation effect is excited in the liquid due to the large sound, thereby generating a large amount of cavitation bubbles in the liquid.

As these cavitation bubbles are generated and blasted, a microjet will be created to crush the solid particles that are significant in liquids. At the same time, due to the vibration of the ultrasonic waves, the solid-liquid mixture is more fully mixed, which promotes most of the chemical reactions.

In the medical field, such as phospholipids and cholesterol mixed, after ultrasonic dispersion, smaller particles (about 0.1 μm) can be obtained for intravenous injection.
