High-Pressure Microfluidizer Homogenizer

The SCIENTZ-207B-MI High-Pressure Microfluidizer Homogenizer is a compact, benchtop biological sample processing device. By pressurizing materials to extreme levels and forcing them through specialized micro-apertures, it generates supersonic micro-jets. The intense shear and impact forces produced between these high-speed jets effectively disrupt and micronize particles.

Description

The SCIENTZ-207B-MI High-Pressure Microfluidizer Homogenizer is a compact, benchtop biological sample processing system. It utilizes extreme pressure to force materials through micro-apertures, generating supersonic micro-jets. The resultant high-speed jets create intense shear and impact forces that perfectly disrupt particle sizes. This advanced process delivers perfectly mixed, highly uniform, and ultra-fine formulations, meeting the premium homogenization demands of industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, cosmetics, food, and graphene production.

Working Principle

Materials are drawn into the high-pressure chamber as the plunger retracts. As the plunger advances, the material is accelerated at extreme speeds through a diamond interaction chamber featuring micro-apertures. Inside the diamond chamber, the material collides at ultra-high velocities or impacts the chamber walls, generating intense cavitation, impact, and shear effects that achieve superior particle size reduction and micronization.
