PCR technology improves the efficiency of nucleic acid detection and quantitative sequencing. However, a step involving cell collection and nucleic acid lysis purification is required before template amplification, and the process is slow. The nucleic acid is then separated from the lysate using a chromatography resin. It takes a lot of time and expensive materials.
