How does the ultrasonic work?
Ultrasonic cleaning is the direct and indirect effect of the socialization, acceleration and direct flow of ultrasonic waves on liquids and dirt, so that the dirt layer is dispersed, emulsified and stripped to achieve the purpose of cleaning. In the cleaning machine, cavitation and direct flow are applied more.
(1) Cavitation: Cavitation is the transmission of ultrasonic waves to the liquid by a high-frequency transformation of the compression force and the decompression interaction of more than 20,000 times per second. When the pressure is reduced, a vacuum core group bubble is generated in the liquid. The phenomenon, when the compression force acts, the vacuum core group bubble is crushed by pressure to produce a strong impact force, thereby peeling off the dirt on the surface of the object to be cleaned, thereby achieving the purpose of precision cleaning.
(2) Straight inflow: The phenomenon that ultrasonic waves flow in the direction of sound propagation in the liquid is called straight flow. The use of ultrasonic cleaners should be carried out in strict accordance with the following requirements.
