Ultrasonic extractor, also known as ultrasonic extractor, mainly uses a fast mechanical vibration wave generated by a piezoelectric transducer to reduce the force between the target extract and the sample matrix to achieve solid-liquid extraction separation. Characteristics
It is suitable for the extraction of the active ingredients of Chinese herbal medicines. It is a new method and a new process for the traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical to completely change the traditional boiled alcohol precipitation method. Compared with the boiled and alcohol precipitation process, ultrasonic extraction has the following outstanding features:
(1) High extraction efficiency. The best extraction rate can be obtained by ultrasonic enhanced extraction for 20 to 40 minutes. The extraction time is only one third or less of the boiling and alcohol precipitation method. The extraction is sufficient, and the extraction amount is more than twice that of the conventional method. According to statistics, the ultrasonic efficiency is very high at 65~70º At the temperature of 65 & ordm; C, the active ingredients of Chinese herbal plants are basically not destroyed. After the addition of ultrasound (at 65 degrees), the plant extract time was about 40 minutes. The cooking time of the cooking method often takes two to three hours, which is more than three times the ultrasonic extraction time.
(2) It has broad spectrum. It has wide applicability, and most of the ingredients of Chinese herbal medicines can be ultrasonically extracted.
(3) Ultrasonic extraction has little to do with the nature of the solvent and the target extract (eg polarity). Therefore, there are many types of extraction solvents and a wide range of target extracts.
（4）Solvent Savings Ultrasonic extraction technology reduces solvent usage and saves solvent compared to conventional extraction methods. Xie Mingjie et al. [Comparatively studied the application of ethanol heating reflux method and ultrasonic assisted extraction method in the extraction of soy isoflavones. It was found that the solvent ethyl alcohol was extracted in a total amount of 200 mL when extracted by traditional heating reflux method. 100 mL can achieve the same effect.
