Principle
The ultrasonic transducer converts the high-frequency oscillating electrical signal into a high-frequency mechanical oscillation, which is radiated in the cleaning liquid in the form of a longitudinal wave.
During the half-wave expansion of the radiation wave, the compactness of the cleaning liquid is destroyed and numerous bubbles of 50-500 μm in diameter are formed. This bubble is filled with solution vapor.
During the compressed half-wave, the bubble speed is closed, resulting in a local hydraulic impact of hundreds of MPa. This phenomenon is called the “cavitation” effect. Under the continuous action of the “cavitation” effect, the dirt on the surface or concealed part of the workpiece is cracked and peeled off.
At the same time, under the action of ultrasound, the osmosis of the cleaning solution is strengthened; the pulsation stirring is intensified; the dissolution, dispersion and emulsification are accelerated; thus the workpiece is thoroughly cleaned.

Notice :With the heating function of the ultrasonic cleaner, after heating the temperature than the actual display temperature 2-8 OC for thermostatic ultrasonic , optional ultrasonic thermostatic ultrasonic cleaner .
