The Scientz18-A ultrasound system is the latest ultrasonic-based instrumentation, also known as DNA and chromatin shearing system, with integrated cooling for DNA shear and chromatin-shear applications. The DNA shearing sonication device is designed for micro-sample processing (minimum throughput 5 ul, maximum throughput 3 ml) while optimizing the processing of 6 to 12 samples. Chromatin Shearing for ChIP equipment is equipped with an ultrasonic generator at the bottom of the sink. The ultrasonic effect is widely and evenly distributed. , making it an ideal solution for next-generation sequencing.
