Ultrasonic cleaning machine instructions
First, the operating instructions:
Check
Check all connections, including the correct external power cord, and the inlet and outlet pipes are securely connected.
2. Dosing
Open the inlet valve to add liquid to the cleaning tank, clean the tank surface depth to the overflow and keep the tank with >40cm liquid. Check the liquid level during the operation of the equipment. If there is insufficient liquid, it should be replenished at any time. Insufficient liquid level is strictly prohibited to turn on heating and ultrasonic waves. The liquid should not contain corrosive components such as strong acids and alkalis.
3. Heating
Turn on the main power switch. Set the cleaning temperature to 55 °C and press “heat stop”.
4. Pretreatment
Before cleaning, it is advisable to use bamboo knives to first remove the dirt on the surface of the parts (for example, the dust cover will have a lot of dust on its outer surface, and the parts of the cylinder type will accumulate a lot of thick and easy-to-remove sludge in the change of the outer casing curve). A moment to extend the life of the cleaning solution. Ultrasonic waves can be precisely cleaned, but their ability to treat dirt from mud is weak. Therefore, yellow mud or thin mud should be removed as much as possible during pretreatment.
5. Workpiece placement
The workpiece should be distributed as evenly as possible without overlapping. The workpiece needs to be gently placed in the tank.
6. Cleaning
The frame is placed. The temperature is within the set range; turn on the ultrasonic start switch for cleaning.
7. Pick up
After cleaning, press “Ultrasonic Stop” to stop the ultrasonic extraction of the workpiece. If there is secondary pollution, flush with drinking water.
8. Shutdown
Stop all functions after cleaning is complete, then turn off the power switch. When not in use for a long time, drain the cleaning fluid and turn off the main power switch.
