MGC-500 MGC-500
Escherichia coli is one of the most common microor
ganisms in the laboratory. It is a Gram-negative short
bacillus with a size of 0.5 × 1-3 μm. It has perinatal
flagella, can move, and has no spores.
Fission yeast is a typical biological model of cell
division and is widely used in cell biology research.
It is 4~5×8~15μm in size, easy to settle, and
requires a high speed to mix.
Lactobacillus rhamnosus is an anaerobic, acid-resistant,
non-spore-forming Gram-positive probiotic with a size of
0.8~1.0×2~4μm. It is usually cultured statically and easy to
aggregate and low-speed rotational culture in MGC-200 can
avoid agglomeration.
Lactobacillus plantarum is a kind of lactic acid bacteria,
anaerobic or facultative anaerobic, 0.9~1.2×3~8μm in
size, round-ended straight bacteria. Usually lacks flagella,
but is able to move. Gram positive, non-spore forming.
