Developed by SCIENTZ  Biotechnology, the SCIENTZ-24 High-Throughput Tissue Grinder is a new-generation grinding system characterized by high speed, efficiency, and safety. It supports the extraction and purification of raw DNA, RNA, and proteins from a wide range of samples, including soil, plant and animal tissues/organs, bacteria, yeast, fungi, spores, and paleontological specimens. The grinder is compatible with dry grinding, wet grinding, mixed grinding, and homogenization processes. With its 80W rated power and 34mm vertical clamp travel, it significantly improves grinding efficiency and quality, reduces labor costs and human error, making it the ideal alternative to manual grinding in laboratory settings.

◣Working Principle

The SCIENTZ-24 High-Throughput Tissue Grinder adopts high-frequency vertical oscillation technology. Different grinding beads are selected based on the characteristics of different samples for direct grinding inside centrifuge tubes. The collision between samples and grinding beads generates shear and impact forces, which completely break down tissue cells, enabling effective separation and extraction of raw DNA and RNA.
