It can be used for asepsis and ultra-micro crushing, and can break chromosomes and cells through centrifuge tubes. Tailored for sample pretreatment in next-generation sequencing (NGS) DNA samples and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) assays, it offers distinct advantages over traditional probe-type ultrasonic homogenizers. With non-contact sample disruption in sealed containers, it eliminates aerosol generation, avoids probe-sample contact, and prevents cross-contamination, ensuring higher efficiency and safety.
Multiple samples can be processed simultaneously, significantly improving experimental efficiency without frequent probe operations. All products are placed in separate sealed tubes to further avoid cross-contamination. An optional cooling water circulation system is available, facilitating ultrasonic treatment of samples at 4°C in the bath. It features uniform energy distribution and complete ultrasonic effects, with flexible parameter settings and standardized experimental procedures that ensure good repeatability and reliable results.
