Common problem
The oil temperature in the crankcase is too high or the main bearing temperature is too high and the treatment method
cause of issue
1) Serious oil shortage or deterioration of lubricating oil in the crankcase;
2) The bearing assembly clearance is too small or burnt;
3) The main bearing is seriously worn;
4) The lubricating oil in the crankcase is too dirty, and the bearing enters debris.
Troubleshooting method
1) Check the cause of lack of oil in the crankcase. If the oil leakage is to be tightened in time, if the main drive shaft leaks, replace the main drive shaft and bushing in time to eliminate oil leakage and add new oil or replace. New oil
2) Adjust the bearing assembly clearance or replace the bearing bush;
3) Replace the main bearing;
4) Replace with new oil or bearings.
