Experiment 2 Mammal tissue grinding
Experimental sample: mouse heart, spleen, liver tissue (nucleic acid extraction from animal visceral tissue)
1. The mouse tissue was frozen at -80 ° C, and the diameter of the mouse was not more than 5 mm.
2. Add PBS lysate to the centrifuge tube; after 3 to 5 minutes, the tissue block is thawed in the lysate.

Experimental results The three tissues have been completely broken, and the three tissues are lysed more thoroughly without obvious tissue fragments.
