This nucleic acid extractor is also called high-throughput tissue grinder. This machine adopts large-screen full-color English display, touch-operated operation, and the program can be updated instantly. It is a common sample grinding equipment in the laboratory.
Through its grinding, it can quickly obtain high-quality sample powder, which is very helpful for DNA/RNA extraction. It is widely used in agriculture, biomedicine, food, environment, quality inspection and other fields, and its applicability is also very strong, especially for the grinding of seeds and animal tissues.
In order to facilitate everyone to better understand this high-throughput tissue grinder, our technicians carried out grinding and nucleic acid experiments on pig skin. The experimental steps are as follows:
1 Sampling: Take a piece of frozen pig skin and cut into pieces;
2 Place 5-8 pieces of leaf pieces in a 2 ml centrifuge tube while adding 2 5 mm ground steel balls;
3 Seal the sample tube containing the pig skin and the ground steel ball into the 2ml grinding adapter of the high-throughput tissue grinder;
4 Use the matching freezing handle to quickly remove the adapter from the liquid nitrogen and quickly install it in the machine;
5 Set the grinding time of the grinder to 30 seconds and the grinding frequency to 2000 times/min.
Experimental results: Very finely divided powder can be obtained, and the nucleic acid extraction effect is very good.
Therefore, we can conclude that the high-flux tissue grinder for cryo-grinding of pigskin can directly immerse the grinding tube and adapter in liquid nitrogen, only one-time 1-2 minutes of liquid nitrogen freezing and one time. With 30 seconds of grinding, up to 48 2.0 ml samples can be comminuted in batches. The treatment time is fast, effectively preventing the temperature rise, and providing a guarantee for the subsequent effective advancement of nucleic acid. In addition, it also saves liquid nitrogen and is safer to operate.
