Scientz’s frozen tissuelyser beads adopt special grinding method of vertical direction vibration. The stainless steel ball in the centrifuge tube pulverizes the sample by high-energy impact on the sample on the inner wall of the grinding tank due to its inertia. The machine uses the appropriate adapter set. 48 samples can be processed simultaneously. The refrigerated tissuelyser is equipped with compressor refrigeration, and the temperature is set at -20 °C or -30 °C. The low temperature grinding sample can effectively inhibit nucleic acid degradation and retain protein activity. For difficult grinding samples, low temperature grinding can greatly improve the grinding effect and efficiency.
