The high-pressure homogenizer uses a high-pressure reciprocating pump as a power transmission and material conveying mechanism to convey the material to the working valve portion. To deal with the material, during the process of passing through the working valve, it produces strong shear, impact and cavitation under high pressure. Thereby, the liquid substance or the solid particles which are supported by the liquid are ultrafine. Homogenizers are widely used in production, scientific research and technology development in the fields of food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, fine chemical and biotechnology.
