Solve the problem that the current high-throughput screening tools for microorganisms cannot simultaneously realize the real-time cultivation and detection of large-volume and high-concentration samples. TGC-100 uses conventional test tubes as culture containers, combined with advanced optical path systems and mechanical designs, to achieve large-volume cultivation and precise optical density measurement. It can simultaneously detect 36 microbial samples in real time, automatically record growth concentration changes and results, and has an adjustable speed oscillation system and wide-range temperature control.

At the same time, each sample channel of TGC-100 is equipped with an independent RGBW four-color illumination module, which can achieve 0-300000Lux light intensity regulation (approximately 0~5000μmol·m-2·s-1), and can set the light cycle to simulate the changes in the natural light environment for algae cultivation and research.

In addition, a dedicated mobile phone APP can be provided to view data remotely and understand the progress of the experiment in real time.

 

The whole process does not require personnel on duty, frequent sampling, and completely eliminates the risk of pollution, truly liberating manpower.
