| To address the challenges of current high-throughput microbial screening tools, which struggle to simultaneously culture and analyze
large-volume, high-concentration samples in real time, the TGC-100 uses conventional test tubes as culture vessels. Incorporating advanced optical systems and mechanical design, it enables large-volume culture and precise optical density measurement. It can simultaneously analyze up to 36 microbial samples in real time, automatically recording growth and concentration changes and results. It also features an adjustable speed oscillation system and wide-range temperature control. Each sample channel of the TGC-100 is equipped with an independent RGBW four-color illumination module, enabling adjustable light intensity from 0 to 300,000 Lux (approximately 0 to 5,000 μmol·m·s”). The light cycle can be set to simulate natural light conditions, making it ideal for algae cultivation and research. A dedicated mobile app is also available for remote data viewing and real-time monitoring of experimental progress. |
The entire process requires no human supervision or frequent sampling, completely eliminating the risk of contamination and truly freeing up manpower.
